Monitoring Visit Reports
Monitoring visit reports follow a structured, two-step signature workflow:
Step 1: Monitor signs
To sign your report, click on “Signature Monitor”. Your name is auto-filled. Enter the date and time of signing, check “Visit Report Complete” and save the form.
Submitting the signature triggers an automatic alert to the sponsor.
Step 2: Sponsor signs
The sponsor reviews the report and, once satisfied, finalizes it with their own electronic signature.
If the Sponsor requests changes (e.g., via queries) after the Monitor has signed the report, and the Monitor implements these changes, the signature is reset and must be re-applied. In such cases, an automatic email notification is sent.
Sponsors have the ability to lock a report once it is finalized (i.e. all queries are closed).
Locking prevents any further changes.
Locked reports can be unlocked by the sponsor only, if revisions are required.
- Form fields include dropdowns (e.g., monitor name) that are pre-filled based on previously entered site data to facilitate your work.
- Once the report is complete, you can export to a PDF in real time.
The PDF includes bookmarks for easy navigation through each section.
